Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for the following conditions.

1. Your lenses arrived damaged during shipping
If your lenses are damaged and vial has not been opened, you may return your damaged lenses. We will send you a brand new pair of lenses with the same prescription. (There may be a waiting period). You must return the damaged lenses that you have received before new pair will be sent. Please indicate on your return package that your lenses were damaged. Return the package to the address the receipt. If your package isn't sent back within 30 days from the date on your receipt, you will be charged for the second shipment.


2. You received the wrong pair of lenses
If the pair of lenses you received was not the the pair you ordered, and has the seal on the vial has not been damaged, we will resend you the correct pair of lenses. You must return the incorrect pair of lenses and indicate on the receipt on package that you did not receive the right pair. Return to address on receipt. If your package isn't sent back within 30 days from the date on your receipt, you will be charged for the second shipment.


We will not accept returns if :
- You have had lenses for more than 30 days of recipet date.
- You have opened the lens vials or boxes.
